Needle’s Newest Member of its Management Team will Focus on Pre-Sales, Implementation and Account Management

SALT LAKE CITY (March 7, 2012) - Needle today announced the addition of Harrison Jenkins, former senior product manager for Adobe Systems, as the company’s new Vice President of Client Success. In this newly created position, Jenkins will oversee Needle’s pre-sales, implementation, and account management.

Needle’s novel “fan sourcing” model – in which brand enthusiasts in a wide variety of retail categories connect with online customers to provide in-depth and personal shopping assistance – has become increasingly popular, creating the need for additional leadership oversight.

Jenkins has more than a decade of demonstrated thought leadership in online business optimization, enterprise analytics, and ecommerce, and has a proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies. In his various positions at Adobe Systems, including Director of Client Services and Senior Solution Architect at Omniture, Jenkins managed a team that executed hundreds of client implementations and strategically engaged with customers like Expedia, Paypal, Starwood Hotels, eBay and JetBlue to help them optimize their online business.

“The marketplace is telling us that it’s ready for Needle, and Harrison is the ideal person to help us manage the growth we’re experiencing,” said Morgan Lynch, founder and CEO of Needle. “His leadership at Adobe in both implementation and client services will be a big boost to our team and will feed directly into our global ambitions."

“I’m excited to be part of the Needle team,” said Jenkins. “I see the same potential in Needle that I saw when I joined Omniture back in 2004. I look forward to using my background and Needle's revolutionary platform to help our clients deliver an authentic and personalized shopping experience to their customers.”

Harrison received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Utah and his MBA from Brigham Young University.
